The cleanliness was excellent! We stayed in the deluxe quadruple room, which was beautiful, comfortable, and clean. The mattresses and pillows were also a 10/10. The pool was lovely and warm, but because the ceiling was so high, you got cold when you got out of the water... a minor detail... but I didn't have that problem at other hotels with heated pools; the entire pool area was well-conditioned.
