The booking voucher and the confirmation email attest the booking validity and contain relevant information about it, as well as particular aspects of our hotel. Please read and check all the information carefully and if you have any questions, please contact our reservations department. Upon arrival at the hotel, you will be asked to present the voucher as well as a valid identity document or passport.
IMPORTANT: Please note that according to Law 26,687, smoking is prohibited in the entire establishment.
Conditions for infants (0 - 2 years):
The hotel allows infant in crib or sharing bed upon request to the reservations department. The maximum age of the infant is 2 years [s]. An infant is allowed in a crib or sharing a bed.
Payments and Credit Card Data:
The hotel accepts as payment method credit cards: American Express, Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, Maestro; Cash Argentine Pesos, US Dollars and/or Euros; Deposits and bank transfers with a minimum of 72 hours prior to the Check In , the corresponding voucher must be send to the administration department. When making an online booking, we will ask you to provide us your credit card details, such as the number, expiration date and security code. These data will only be used as a guarantee of your reservation. The hotel can make a pre-authorization to check the validity of your credit card before your arrival at the hotel. In case the data is not valid, the guest will be asked for the data of a new credit card. If there is a failure to provide them, the booking will be subject to the availability of the day. In case there is a reservation with a non refundable rate or prepayment, the hotel can charge the full booking rate to the credit card in the local currency anytime between the date of reservation and the date of check in. Under no circumstances can the hotel be held responsible for any kind of fees the bank may charge the customer.
It is important to remember that when making the reservation it is considered that you authorizes and consents unconditionally and irrevocably the transfer of the data of your credit card to the hotel in question for this purpose.
Number of passengers allowed per room:
SUPERIOR DOUBLE ROOM Accepts a maximum of 2 people, respecting the following limits: maximum 2 adults maximum 1 infant (2 years).
SUPERIOR TRIPLE ROOM Accepts a maximum of 3 people, respecting the following limits: maximum 3 adults maximum 1 infant (2 years).
FAMILY PLAN ROOM Accepts a maximum of 4 people, respecting the following limits: maximum 2 adults, maximum 2 minors (12 years).
QUADRUPLE DELUXE ROOM Accepts a maximum of 4 people, respecting the following limits: maximum 4 adults, maximum 1 infant (2 years).
JUNIOR SUITE ROOM Accepts a maximum of 2 people, respecting the following limits: maximum 2 adults, maximum 1 infant (2 years).
SUITE ROOM Accepts a maximum of 2 people, respecting the following limits: maximum 2 adults, maximum 1 infant (2 years).
Cancellation Policies:
In case of "Refundable" reservations: We accept modifications and cancellations without charging any penalty up to 72 hours prior to check in. In case of cancellations, modifications after the deadline or no show, the penalty to be applied will correspond to 1 night of the total stay per room plus taxes.
For "Non Refundable Reservations", they can not be modified or canceled, the entire stay will be charged in all cases. You will be charged a prepayment of the total price at any time. If it is not possible to charge, the reservation may be canceled.
Security:
We have adopted the SSL protocol to encrypt and protect your credit card data. However, any loss incurred at the time of transmission of the information will be exclusively at your own expense. If you use a public computer to access our Online Booking System, we recommend that you properly close the application after use.
